Right of withdrawal

If all or part of your order is not satisfactory, you have 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods to exercise your legal right of withdrawal and return the product(s) to us.

After the legal withdrawal period has elapsed, returned products will not be accepted.

All products must be returned to helysh in a condition suitable for resale (products in perfect condition accompanied by their original PACKAGING, accessories, instructions, etc.).

The refund for products purchased with a discount will amount to the price of the products minus the applied discount.

To return products by post, simply:

Step 1 - Notify us of your intention to return or cancel your order

Notification of your intention to cancel your order or return any items received must be made within 14 working days of the delivery date and must be sent by email to info@helysh.com

Step 2 - Complete the Return Form that will be sent to you by email and return it completed and signed to info@helysh.com

Phase 3 - Returning Items

Items must be returned in appropriate, protective packaging. All non-defective items must be returned in their original packaging and must arrive in "as new" condition with no damage to the product or packaging. Defective items should be returned in their original packaging, undamaged whenever possible. Please ensure the package is properly sealed.

Please remember to include all the information required for the refund on the return form, especially your email address and telephone number.

If the Buyer or the Recipient of the order does not demonstrate that he/she has actually handed over the product to a courier, all risks associated with the return of the product(s) shall be borne by the Buyer or the Recipient of the order.

REFUND TIMES AND METHODS

Refund times

Refund requests will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which the Buyer exercised his right of withdrawal.

You will be informed of the status of your request by email or telephone.

From that moment, in the event of a refund via credit card, the credit to your account will be effective within approximately seven business days.

Refund methods

If you return items during the 14-day return period and they are intact, the refund will be made via credit card, PayPal account, or bank transfer if the order was paid for by cash on delivery.
