SHIPPING, COSTS AND CONDITIONS
Your order will be processed within 48 hours of receipt and delivered by a commercial courier.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code to the email address associated with your order.
Shipments are not made on weekends or holidays.
We currently only ship to Italy, and shipping is free with no minimum order.

DELAYED DELIVERY
If you do not receive your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service team at info@helysh.com
MODIFYING AN ORDER
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify an order that has already been processed. By law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days of delivery. Send us your cancellation request by email at info@helysh.com and return the products in their original, unopened and unused condition.
The order will be cancelled as soon as the goods are received following inspection.
RETURNS
If there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer service team at info@helysh.com with your order number and the problem.
If the product you received is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong product due to an error, we will be happy to send you a new one at no additional shipping cost.
If the product does not meet your expectations, we accept returns only if the item has not been opened and/or used. Returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the goods after inspection. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
